This month we completed a project where we were asked to repaint three of the downstairs rooms. Two of the rooms had old and fading wallpaper which we removed. Then, we painted the homeowner's great room, kitchen, laundry room and bathroom.
We painted the walls in the laundry room and bathroom a neutral color of SW 6164 Svelte Sage. In the great room we painted the walls with SW 7617 Mediterranean and in the Kitchen we used SW 6108 Latte. We applied two coats in each room, and each paint was an eggshell sheen.
The customer left us a feedback report card with all A's. Their comments were: "This is the 2nd time I've used Lancaster Painting and I'm once again very pleased. Sergio was timely and very responsive. The work is fabulous and I would definitely recommend to others."
