Part of what keeps us so enthusiastic about our projects is the fact that we work in an industry of transformations. We have the benefit of watching tired and damaged surfaces regain life, strength, and color.
What could be better than that?
We just wrapped up another Turlock house painting project, and we thought we’d share it with you here. Not only is it a fun transformation and beautiful color, but there is also another detail we want to draw your attention to.
It may offer you a little inspiration for your own exterior painting project!
Fresh House Paint + Dry Rot Repair = A Totally New Look
Every great painting project starts with necessary surface prep and repairs. In this case there was a bit of dry rot poking out around the front window trim. This is a common weak point, and certainly worth addressing before it has a chance to grow into a wide-spread, more expensive issue.
So, what colors did we use? Here they are!
- Body - SW6179 Artichoke
- Trim - SW7004 Snowbound
- Door - SW6251 Tricorn Black
Remember that extra detail we wanted to be sure you noticed?
Well, that detail is the fact that we painted the garage door to match the body of the home. Whether matching or a totally different color, painting garage doors is a popular way to add a stylish accent. What do you think?
