Painting your home’s exterior has some great benefits. The process gives you a chance to identify any exterior damage, and it provides your home with a protective coating that keeps it safe against the elements.
Plus, it goes without saying that a new paint job will improve your property value and curb appeal. All these things are important, but one of the best parts about painting your home is that you can take something tired and give it a little life!
While having a freshly painted home is a practical move in many ways, it’s also supposed to be exciting! The personal aesthetic choices you bring to the table are what add life and energy to the painting project.
We recently had the chance to paint a villa in Modesto, and it serves as a prime example of how house painting moves beyond functional and towards fun.
We painted this home with a rich sky blue called Grand Village. For the trim and facia, the homeowner selected Natural Choice, a strong white paint that contrasted beautifully with the body of the home. Take a look at how the brickwork pops with the new paint job!
For the doors, we used a deep Poinsettia red that accented beautifully with the other colors.
At Lancaster Painting, we’re always happy to help you select colors that will make your home stand out in a big way! Reach out to our team of painters to schedule your appointment.
