Dear Friends,
It's hard to believe that it's now been over a month since we shared our first Coronavirus update! This has been the most challenging season we've experienced as a company, especially as we had to temporarily close our doors.
It can be a little too easy to focus on the setbacks, so we thought today we'd share the blessings we can already see within the storm. And, the hope we have moving forward.
Grateful for Our Team!
Right now, we are focusing exclusively on the safety and wellbeing of both our team and our community, firmly following the state and local guidelines we've been given. Despite these hardships, we are so proud of how our team has rallied, using this time as an opportunity for improvement!
We have been hard at work strengthening our safety and training programs for field team members. At the same time, as we slowly get released back to work, the office staff is working diligently to schedule future projects, and our sales team is mastering our new virtual estimating capabilities.
More than ever, we're aware of just how blessed we are to have a united, motivated team!
