Here at Lancaster Painting, the majority of the projects we feature involve residential painting . Exteriors, cabinetry , interior updates, and the list goes on...
Today, however, we thought we’d take you on a quick tour of a commercial painting project we recently wrapped up in Chowchilla. The building might even be a familiar face to you, especially if you like tacos, burritos, or maybe nachos.
Special Considerations Before We Got Rolling (and Brushing)
Painting commercial properties requires an extra level of planning and coordination. Our goal, after all, is to complete our work in as unobtrusive a way as possible, allowing the surrounding operations to go unhindered.
In this case, we had only the hours of 7-11am to work each day. Maximizing this time slot, staying on-schedule, and completing on time took careful planning and management.

Decorative Exterior Painting

The exterior painting process was important, providing crucial protection, style, and brand consistency. One of the focal points for us, however, was painting the decorative elements. Our craftsmen hand painted these sections, adding the attractive, recognizable design.
Doesn’t it look great?
